Sushi
Equipment
- A sharp knife
- A small chopping board
- Rice Cooker
- Rice Paddle
- Dried seaweed
- Sushi rice
- Fish and/or Other
- Cook the rice with the rice cooker.
- Place the sheet of dried sushi on the small chopping board.
- Get around 1 cup of rice on top of the dried seaweed and smooth it over with the rice paddle so that it is in the middle part of the of the dried seaweed. Make sure it's flat enough so you can roll it up afterwards.
- Roll it all up, starting from one end of the dried seaweed (The part with no rice on it).
